This is the second part of Groundfall, as featured on ‘Don’t Look Down (at the End of the World)‘
This song was going to be on the Don’t Look Down (at the End of the World) album. However, I didn’t like the guitars and some of the keyboard choices so decided to shelve it for later use. It would also have made the album too long!
Well, that later time is now! I kept the original drums, bass and flute and totally re-did all the guitars and keyboards. It turned out rather good!
The bass and drums are particularly noteworthy: they are totally locked in on some groovy ride! And there is some larger than life PHAT sounding synth leads, too!
Having said all that, this is a very strange sounding song: it takes you on an odd journey to somewhere freaky! Hope you like it.
