  • Quidam release their latest album (their 3rd studio work) and it features 10 tracks, among which is a cover of Led Zeppelin‘s ‘No Quarter’. Apart from that track, all the others are sung in Polish. The title track weighs in at a hefty 30 minutes, but is split into 5 chunks.

This band seems to be getting mellower with each release! The first album is pure genius, the second, more pop-based, but still great and this one is, well, mediocre. It’s coming to something when the best track is the cover version! However, it does have some great moments, notably Emila’s fantastic vocals throughout and some sweet guitar playing, too. But, on the whole, despite playing it countless times, there is nothing to get ones teeth into. It is a good album, but it could really do with some beef!
